HOW LONG WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT TO ME?
The decorative pregnancy ultrasound drums are made within 8 working days maximum upon receipt of the image.
The other decorative drums (first name and birth are addressed) between 4 and 8 days depending
accessories provided for each model.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For any personalized order, KALENNDA CREATIONS does not accept exchanges or cancellations once the order has been validated.
For other orders, within 14 days, you can return your item according to the return conditions:
refer to the “Exchange and Refund Policy”.
However, you can send an email to communicate.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
You will find in the "Gift card" section the possibility of ordering electronic gift cards.
As soon as the site allows it, you will be able to order items from the birth lists.
