- for any personalized order, KALENNDA CREATIONS does not accept exchanges or cancellations once the order has been processed,

5/ When an order is validated, you receive an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you provided during payment, containing information on the content of the order and prices.

6/ As a buyer, you are free to choose from the delivery options indicated and at that time. KALENNDA CREATIONS assumes no responsibility for damage during transportation or damage caused by any delay beyond its control. Items are carefully packaged to avoid breakage. It will be necessary to contact the delivery/transport service.

7/ Given the nature of the item personalization activity. KALENNDA CREATIONS strictly does not accept any returns for:

• express orders,

• goods made at your request or clearly personalized whose manufacturing requires specific adaptations to meet very specific technical and aesthetic requirements,

• perishable goods and food products,

• goods that you have opened and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection,

• goods inseparable from other items,

• digital content.

8/ No product may be returned to KALENNDA CREATIONS without the prior written consent of KALENNDA CREATIONS and is subject to return costs payable by the buyer. Any returned item not in its original condition loses its commercial value.

9/ Responsibility: we try to have the information and photographs on this website as accurate as possible, but we give no guarantee, express or implied, as to their accuracy; chromatographic differences between screens may affect the customer's perception. 12/ KALENNDA CREATIONS reserves the right to refuse any order (stock management, unlawful request including counterfeiting, payment incident and any reason, etc.).

13/ Production and delivery times vary depending on the item. Deadlines are indicated in each product sheet. Depending on the volume of the order, additional time may be applied. The customer is informed in advance of the start of processing the order.

14/ KALENNDA CREATIONS has the intellectual property rights on KALENNDA CREATIONS.COM, the rights to distribute and photograph the illustrations and designs obtained. KALENNDA CREATIONS owns the commercial licenses for use. The logos, images and brands used in the “personalized event decoration stationery” do not belong to KALENNDA CREATIONS.

You have no right of total or partial reproduction, transmission, sharing in any form whatsoever of the photographs, content, product catalog of this site.

15/ You can contact KALENNDA CREATIONS to assert your rights: to information, access, opposition, rectification, forgetting and portability.  The only data collected by KALENNDA CREATIONS are those which allow the processing of orders and their deliveries. No banking or personal data is stored and even less resold to third parties.
